Jean-Luc Coll is Director of Research at INSERM and Team leader in the Institute for Advanced Biosciences in Grenoble.
Dr Coll is a biologist with strong experience in oncology. He is using fluorescence, nanotechnologies, chemistry and large instruments for physics, to develop theranostic nanoparticles for the treatment of tumors and their metastases.
His team is in particular focused on the use of near-infrared labeled nanoparticles to target tumors, guide surgery and enhance radiotherapy, phototherapy or innovative therapies. In addition to the developments of nanovectors, he is also involved in the generation of adapted medical devices.
